In 2012, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and all of the State's nine Regional Planning Commissions formed a partnership to provide access to EMSI's software data throughout the State. The Counties to be served by the Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission are Buffalo, Crawford, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Trempealeau and Vernon.
The State's RPCs have established an EMSI user group and have protocols in place to ensure seamless responses from data requesters within the State. The following is a link to all Regional Planning Commissions in the State that will take you to their respective EMSI data request sites.
